Nardagani Offers Online Tutoring
The Nardagani Reading Program now offers one-on-one tutoring with certified program instructors. Most tutoring is currently conducted during a series of online Zoom lessons in the comfort of the student’s home. Supplemental materials are also provided for each student, helping to teach each student the fun and easy Nardagani Reading Program way.
“Zoom is a great way to teach students of all ages and backgrounds to read using the Nardagani Reading Program. We teach our program with engaging interaction and games to make learning fun. We have terrific Nardagani tutors,” Narda Pitkethly.
A student’s first Nardagani reading lesson tackles the challenges of silent letters. Silent letters are in many words. Of the 26 letters in the English alphabet, 17 can be silent… No other language in the world is like English. Only via Nardagani can one easily see silent letters, because they are underlined.
During Nardagani’s second lesson students learn the main sound of each vowel: A, E, I, O, and U. Most words have a vowel. However, the five vowels in English make more than 21 sounds… No other language in the world does this, as vowels typically make only one sound each in other languages.
Moving on, new Nardagani symbols are taught each Zoom session. Each lesson also contains exercises and games, so learning is always fun. Students also read books coded with the Nardagani symbols, practicing their new skills of sounding out words and also collecting sight words along the way.
Once the 12 Nardagani symbols have been learned, students continue to read books coded with the Nardagani symbols. These fun and engaging stories are available for grade levels Kindergarten through high school. Students continue to read, and practice their skills of sounding out words. In short, the Nardagani symbols and tutors help students gain confidence and master reading.
